Each Ignite Extend certified manager has at least 2 years of college, is Hubspot Social Media Certified, speaks English fluently, and lives in the United States. The process is so rigorous that only 4.5% of applicants qualify. For a lighthearted comparison, Harvard accepts 4.7% of applicants.
