Ignite Social Media Honored Award of Distinction at 21st Annual Communicator Awards

The Communicator Awards are renowned as the leading international awards program recognizing big ideas in marketing and communications. As the 2015 winners were announced, Ignite Social Media had the honor of 3 campaigns being recognized with Awards of Distinction in the categories of “Marketing Effectiveness” and “Interactive Multimedia”.  In light of this success, we thought we’d share a quick victory lap with you.

Award of Distinction in Interactive Multimedia: Kay Holiday Unwrapped

This campaign was created to increase visibility of select merchandise, and drive traffic to Kay Jewelers digital property in and engaging and meaningful way. The program successfully encouraged fans and followers to engage with products during the holiday season that’s filled with competition by leveraging a powerful social motivator: gamification. Players were actively engaged with the brand and its products during this time, commenting and replying on multiple owned channels to showcase their excitement for the promotion.

Led by Carusele’s expert Productions and Network Development team, influencers produced step-by-step party planning guides, original birthday cake recipes, and budget-friendly children’s activities, all geared specifically toward Reddi-wip’s target audiences. Now, this isn’t your typical mass-produced influencer content. These are first birthday parties thrown for an influencer’s son, ice cream soda bars prepared by her children, and party treats being eaten by the whole family. Carusele takes pride in the honest, organic content produced for each of its campaigns and is excited to show just how successful this Organish approach can be.

To drive awareness and engagement around the use of US Cranberries year round, we partnered with cooking and home entertainment influencers to create and syndicate a variety of 4th of July/Red, White and Blue themed content.  Our influencers created content and imagery for 4th of July party planning and executed syndication of content they created and content created by US Cranberries across influencer and partner network channels.
