Challenge:

Quill.com, an office supply retailer that serves small and mid-sized US business customers, wanted to maintain their position as a leader in the office supply industry, to grow their presence by communicating key differentiators and ultimately to drive sales and conversions.

Solution:

On an ongoing basis, Ignite Social Media provided monthly content creation, paid media management and reporting. We created content that highlights Quill key differentiators, reminding current customer why they choose quill.com. Utilizing custom audience targeting, we were able to reach users who were very likely to become customers.

We also worked with the Quill team to create a vendor funded program that supported and generated interested in products available on Quill.com.
