Jim:
For the longest time, I have heard Ellyn talk glowingly about you; then, hot off the press, she bought me a copy of your book and gave it to me while I was back in MI for Thanksgiving. Today is Saturday, the 29th, and it was a long day, starting with a visit to the Dentist to restore an inlay that fell out, and culminating with an evening flight back to AZ. Thought I’d get some sleep, but I started reading the book at the beginning of the flight and was a little disappointed when we got in 40 minutes early [on Northwest, no less]; I only got to page 106, and I was thoroughly enjoying the read. It’s now 12:30 AM on my biological clock, and I could not wait to tell you how much I am enjoying learning about SMM.
Trying to figure out how to utilize SMM in my very small company with a very limited target market. As 31 year adjunct faculty member teaching communications and persuasion, I took extra delight in relating to the concepts which are both old and new to me.
I intend to recommend your book to my friends in Alumni Relations at Wharton and the University of Pennsylvania; there’s something in it for everyone.
Do you think there is a future in SMM for someone who just started on Medicare?
Ben,
Thanks so much. Absolutely you can do it. I’m not the Facebook generation either!
