Christian Sullivan

While working at a PR agency, Christian took the initiative to learn the ins and outs of the blogosphere for clients and became the resident “blogging expert.” This drove a desire for helping organizations learn more about utilizing social media as a tool for promotion and brand awareness. That’s when Christian found herself stalking Jim Tobin for a job at Ignite Social Media. At Ignite, Christian serves as a social media specialist where she utilizes data and research to help drive strategic community engagement outreach for clients’ campaigns.

Prior to joining Ignite Social Media, Christian jump-started her career at Crossroads Public Relations, a strategic public relations firm specializing in entrepreneurial technology companies, where she served five years as an assistant account executive. Here she led successful customer programs as well as speaking and awards programs. Christian was also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts for each of her clients and writing press releases and case studies. Maintaining a continuously flowing PR pipeline was part of her every day initiative.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in professional writing and presentation media from Meredith College. When she’s not at Ignite Social Media, Christian can often be found at the gym or walking around the lake with her three beagles.
